Okay, so I may not be the most interesting read and I may not say anything that you don't already know but this diary is mainly for myself. I enjoy sharing it with others, particularly my close friends so they know what's happening in my world, but its still mainly for me. I love to type out my thoughts. Its a great break from my otherwise hectic day. And I love reading over old entries and seeing how much life has changed. So enjoy the read but try not to be too critical.

Lipstick Smears
March 21, 2007 - 6:12 p.m.

The Make-up Bandit has stuck again! Yes, that little scamp, aka my wonderful Haidyn, once again sneaked into our bathroom... more like meandered... and found another one of mommy's lipsticks. She outdid her last "painting", covering her entire face and hands this time. To say I was a tad bit frustrated was putting it mildly. Someone left the bedroom door open so she felt that was permission enough to get into the drawer. I should have known when all was quiet that she wasn't just playing with Morgan in their room. Unfortunately, the camera was not located until after the incriminating evidence had been cleaned up/thrown away. I was not quite so upset once I realized that she'd grabbed a tube of lipstick that she'd already defaced - one that I had saved to use on occasion but never did because of its condition. Oh well. A day in the life of Me.

In other news, Haidyn is sick... again. I feel so sorry for the little tyke. She tries so hard to be in an agreeable mood but its hard when you're running a fever of 102.4! The poor little thing has been knocked with another bout of bronchitis - or at least that is how her Ped is treating it. She has the typical signs and because she isn't wheezing, he's pretty confident that it isn't pneumonia. So poor Haidyn is back on more antibiotics and a cough medicine to be taken before bed to help her sleep. I feel so bad for her. She is just plain miserable. And her poor little nose is raw from wiping it constantly. I hope that she starts to feel better soon. I don't think I could leave her for a weekend if she were still running such a high temperature. Lord-willing, the antibiotics will do the trick. And, its still 3 days away so that gives her meds a good amount of time to start working on the yuckies. *sigh* Well, I'd better check on the unwell Make-up Bandit and see if she needs anything!
